2023 Street and Utility Improvement Projects
The City Council has authorized preliminary plans for street improvement projects throughout the city, including: Eastview / Morningview / Westwood area, North Arm Drive, Trails End Road, Trail and Circle, Painters Creek Preserve neighborhood, Turtle Creek neighborhood, Hunters Trail (Hwy 7 to Bandy Lane), Sunnybrook Circle, Kings Point Road (north of Woodland Cove)
You may see survey crews and city staff in the area gathering data. In the early fall more information will be sent out to residents along these project corridors.

2023 Overlay Project, City Project 03-23- Painters Creek Preserve Neighborhoods, Sunnybrook Circle, Turtle Creek Neighborhood, Kings Point Road (north of Woodland Cove,) Hunters Trail (TH 7 to Bandy Lane.)
- These improvements consist mainly of pavement milling and overlaying. Project costs are not proposed to be assess to residents.
