What is the City doing?

As COVID-19 continues to progress across the country and in Minnesota, the City of Minnetrista has been working to monitor the rapidly changing situation. The City places a high vlaue on providing essential and quality service to the public, but as the pandemic continues, we have make numerous operational changes. 

We are closed to the public: City Hall is CLOSED for walk-up business. Please communicate with City Staff via email or voicemail.

  • All contact information for City Staff can be found at: Voicemail messages left at 952-446-1660 will be checked Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
  • General inquiries can be sent to Minnetrista Police department will NOT be accepting forms, applications, and paperwork in person. They must be submitted via email at or fax at 952-446-1623 Police staff will not be doing civil fingerprinting or child car seat inspections until further notice.
  • If you have any questions or concerns, or need to speak with an officer, please call 952-446-1131.
  • As Always, please call 911 for an emergency.

We are planningThe City and it's staff are committed to maintain all essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic

We are implementing: The City is following mitigation guidelines as outlined by the CDC and Minnesota Department of Health recommendations. 

We are cleaningIf staff must be at the office, high-touch areas in City facilities are being cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis.

We are communicating: The City will do our best communicate as much as possible to keep residents updated on the latest information.
