COVID-19 UPDATE:

Effective immediately, forms, applications and paperwork will NOT be accepted in-person at the Police Department. Paperwork must be submitted via fax at 952-446-1623 or email at police@ci.minnetrista.mn.us. If those methods are not possible, items may be mailed to Minnetrista Police / 7651 County Road 110 West / Minnetrista, MN 55364. Also, as person-to-person contact is being limited, residents are urged to call 952-446-1131 with questions or concerns or to speak with an officer rather than arriving in person. As always, please call 911 for any emergency.

Public Safety forms are available below. Please select, print, and complete the appropriate form. Forms may be submitted via email, fax, or at the Public Safety Department during office hours. Printed copies can be requested and picked up the same business day. All applicable payments are due at the time forms are submitted.

Dog License - the City of Minnetrista has decided to forego issuing dog licenses beginning January 2019 - so your dog does not need to be registered with the City

Permit to Acquire applicaitons can be submitted by email, fax, mail or by dropping them off at the Police Department during business hours.  Once the background has been completed, you will be notified via mail if your permit has been approved.  If approved, the permit will be mailed to you.
