We currently have an active volunteer police reserve unit and are always looking for more help!
Reserves receive training during quarterly meetings. Topics include: First Aid, handcuffing and firearms training. Reserves volunteer numerous hours on details and events in St. Bonifacius and Minnetrista and provide security and traffic control at the high school during graduation, dances, and sporting events.
Some duties Reserves assist with include; checking boat landings, animal control, transporting prisoners, traffic direction and severe weather watching.
