The Minnetrista City Council is scheduled to consider and approve the 2023 Fee Schedule.
Draft Ordinance 475
The city of Minnetrista will consider Ordinance No. 475, an ordinance which would amend Chapter 5 of Minnetrista City Code by amending Section 500.03, Section 500.23 Subd. 7, and Section 500.31 Subd. 4 and Subd. 5 regarding the City’s water supply system, lawn and landscape irrigation systems, and placement of topsoil, at their April 4, 2022 meeting. Draft Ordinance 474
The Minnetrista City Council is scheduled to consider a draft of Ordinance 474, an ordinance amending Minnetrista City Code by amending the official zoning map in regards to the property located at 1200 Rainbow Road, at their February 7, 2022 meeting. The Minnetrista City Council is scheduled to consider and approve the 2022 Fee Schedule, Ordinance 472.
Draft Ordinance 470
The Minnetrista Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on a draft of Ordinance 470, an ordinance amending Minnetrista City Code Section 505.07 Subd.8(b) Riparian View Shed, at their September 27, 2021 meeting. The draft ordinance would exempt new developments of 4 or more lots which are approved on or after January 1, 2021. The Minnetrista Planning Commission will forward a recommendation on to the Minnetrista City Council for consideration. The Minnetrista City Council is tentatively scheduled to review a draft of Ordinance 470 at their October 4, 2021 meeting. A draft of Ordinance 470 is located below:

The Minnetrista City Council is scheduled to consider a draft of Ordinance 469, an ordinance amending Minnetrista City Code by amending the official zoning map in regards to the property located at 4340 Lotus Drive, at their September 20, 2021 meeting. The Minnetrista Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on November 22, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. All persons who wish to speak for the record are encouraged to attend the meeting at the scheduled time and place. If you cannot attend, but would like to provide written comment, please contact City Staff about submittal deadlines for written comment. 2021.11.04 Public Hearing Notice
The Minnetrista Planning Commission held an informational meeting during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on September 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The purpose of this meeting was to provide residents with information regarding the rezoning of certain properties in conformance with the 2040 Minnetrista Comprehensive Plan, which the City Council adopted on November 4, 2019. MN state law requires that zoning must conform with the Comprehensive Plan. At this meeting, residents affected could ask questions and gather information. This was not a public hearing. A map of the parcels proposed to be rezoned can be found below, as well as the letters sent to residents whose property is proposed to be rezoned and those within 500 feet of each parcel.
